While Tibet has played the role of China’s “rock star” to human rights activists around the world, China’s Xinjiang Province has been treated more like an unwanted stepchild. One reason is that Tibet has a true rock star in the exiled Dalai Lama. Another reason is that the strife in Xinjiang involves Muslim ethnic minorities with alleged ties to the most hated man in the Western world — Osama Bin Laden. Was quiet fascinated by what human brain can do after reading much of “HOW TO USE YOUR HEAD” by Tony Buzan.
All that potential and lateral thinking abilities and that bio super computer that is within your very skull.
though i have yet finish reading the book (at chapter 6 right now) it has already enlighten me on certain areas
and true to the book, a healthy body means a healthy mind.

Criminal cases happen very often and very often the defendants are responsible for some serous violations, so it is hard to preserve the individual rights of the citizen especially at the early stages of a criminal case. That the International community considers human rights situation frightening in Nigeria even in the face of democracy currently being enjoyed in the nation is not surprising after all at least to key observers. If for anything, the Nigerian government has failed to put certain factors right so that its citizens can enjoy certain natural priorities and necessities of life available to mankind.

Globalization, State and Human Rights
Now we are living in the technological and modern world. India has developed in all the fields. All of have equal rights in India. There are different types of peoples (Hindu, Muslim, Christian) are living in India. But they are called Indian Hindu, Indian Muslim and Indian Christian. Our constitution gives equal rights and duties for all Indians.
