As an American citizen you have many rights. The United Stated of America signed a very important document called the Declaration of Human Rights. In it, under article number 3 you will find that “everyone has the right to life…” With that said, almost everyone infected with mesothelioma got it by inhaling toxic asbestos fibers during a long period of time without any warning. This means that you may have the right for a mesothelioma asbestos claim.

The Beginning

Since the first mesothelioma lawsuit hit the courts in 1929, more and more lawsuits have been presented involving more than two hundred billion dollars. Any person that has acquired mesothelioma because of negligence of someone else is eligible to file a case in search for compensation for damages to their life.

Mesothelioma and the Law

Although mesothelioma is still a very rare type of cancer, the US government has been presented with countless cases, making it somewhat a legal priority to create answers for. The Senate Judiciary Committee approved an amendment on June 14 2006 to the highly debated “Fairness in Asbestos Injury Resolution Act of 2005″ which granted victims of mesothelioma “$1.1 million within 30 days of their claim’s approval”. Victims include people from normally exposed industries and also people exposed to asbestos during the 9/11 rescues and debris recollection after the attacks on the World Trade Center and debris recollection from reconstruction after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

What you can Do

Don’t ever hesitate or think twice if you want to seek legal advice for a mesothelioma asbestos claim. There are many excellent hard working legal firms that can find you the best compensations for obtaining mesothelioma by inhaling asbestos fibers. Nevertheless, you have to be diagnosed with the illness in order to file a case. Because of the innumerable cases that have been presented of people that only present symptoms from the cancer, the justice process for people currently ill from mesothelioma is hindered. The justice department has no other choice but to reject these spam cases in order to tackle the mesothelioma asbestos claims from people who are genuinely suffering the disease. There are other ways to make a mesothelioma claim for only presenting symptoms.

Lesbian is a woman who loves and has sexual relationship with women. Lesbian sex is a homosexual carry out that like all same sex activity has been there since centuries and is here to stay and prosperous.

Internet dating service offers free lesbian personals seeking women for sex apart for love and relationship. There free dating service for lesbian or dykes as they are often referred to known as lesbian dating sites. Lesbian sex is a very popular activity among lesbian woman and bisexual women.

Like all homosexuals face unfairness in Australia. The supporters of lesbian rights in Australia have a hard-hitting time and support lesbian sex rights. There is as discrimination against same sex families especially in parenting and acceptance laws where equal rights to all families have become a bane of contention. Same sex couples in Australia just want the regular rights afforded to heterosexual couples every day.

Significant law improvement is required for same sex dating in Australia to change things for lesbians and gays. The Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby (GLRL) have been confrontation for equal opportunity in the work place. Recently a report was published which claimed that a fairly large number of lesbians faced experienced some form of ridicule or unfair treatment in the workplace. Although many countries are opening up to gay lifestyle but a significant amount of legislative change and a perspective devoid of bias is required to deliver equality to homosexuals.

Lesbians face widespread discrimination on the basis of their sexual identity. Australia’s international human rights compulsion require governments to take all necessary actions to remove sexuality discrimination, however current centralized, state and territory laws provide only limited protection against discrimination and also lack uniformity.

Same sex marriage for lesbians is not allowed in Australia. Hence, the state does accord marital status to lesbian couples. Other questions include refutation of promotions, unfair removal from office, pestering, breaches of privacy and refusal of overtime and higher duties. Lesbians have been refused treatment and hospital visitations due their sexuality. Vilification – Lesbian face verbal and physical abuse on many instance in Australia.

The discrimination in case of lesbian and gays is homophobic and large-scale public awareness campaign and education is required to increase toleration for homosexuals.

The most sacred and safest place in life is the mother’s womb where life is started or at least it should be. It is now not safe at all. No unborn child is safe anymore. And we consider ourselves a civilized society, not even close.

Imagine that, we sacrifice our own children through abortion for our own personal selfishness and convenience. Centuries ago cultures did human sacrifices and we are horrified that a culture would do that. Well we are doing the same thing through abortion. Human sacrifices for just mere convenience.

People talk about human rights issues, what about the right of the unborn. Don’t they have any rights or are we to decide who lives and dies. If the innocent can not be protected how can we possibly protect the rights of anyone else. Human rights and dignity start at birth. If we can not protect the right of the unborn then no one else is safe either.

We now live in a throw away society where nothing is sacred anymore. If we do not like something then we throw it away or kill it through abortion. When we kill an unborn child through abortion we kill ourselves spiritually. Instead of protecting and honoring life we destroy it for selfish reasons.

The argument comes up about rape or incest. True that these are horrifying acts, but why should an innocent child pay for the immoral behavior. They have a right to be born no matter what the circumstance of their conception.

Here is a scary statistic: 40 million abortions have been done in the US alone. Not counting other countries. That is more children being killed through abortion than all the people killed in all the wars in the 20th century and still counting. Planned parenthood should be called planned un-parenthood. They stop families from even being started.

Many people have never actually seen an abortion. So they think it really does not concern them, it concerns us all. The first time I saw one I could not believe what I was seeing I was horrified. I actually saw it online. I just had to see the actual act. I was not prepared for what I actually saw. The arms and legs were actually torn off the body. This was not some fetus it was an actual child about 7 months.

It was filmed undercover to show people what actually happens. You owe it to yourself to see an actual abortion. You could probably find one online somewhere. See one then make your decision.

And what about all the women who had abortions and now can never have a child. Their true motherhood has been taken away from them. Also the emotional and spiritual scares left behind.

The Declaration of Independence says “ life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” If you have no life you can forget about the other two. And if we take life away through abortion we can also forget about the other two. It affects humanity at a very deep level.

This may sound a little crazy but just perhaps abortion may possibly lead to communism. Because if you do not care about the unborn then how can you care about anyone else in the life cycle. Who is next the elderly? Euthanasia is right around the corner.

Do your research on every stage of abortion so you can be fully informed before doing it. And just perhaps you will change your mind and give life instead of destroying it.

In the name of fighting terrorists and criminals, all governments are now greedily reducing people’s privacy – to a degree that is a serious threat to our fundamental freedom rights!

The old wisdom of Benjamin Franklin is more relevant today than ever: “Those who are willing to give up even a small fraction of their liberty in order to achieve some protection deserve neither liberty nor protection.” We might add, “- and will not obtain any of those either!”

The problem is very old. It was the start of the feudal medieval ages that made a few noblemen very rich and the majority of the population very poor.

It is a fact of history that those “protectors” want to get paid for their services, and, once they have the power, they demand more payment – and offer fewer services, eventually none. But they still demand payment….

The modern “noblemen” are the big commercial enterprises (bankers!) that control the government bureaucrats, through their lobbying and bribery. They need the government to pay its debt to them – so they need to support the government in getting more taxes! In fact, both the government as such, as well as its individual representatives, are at gunpoint in regards to honoring the demands from the powers-that-be – the big creditors who have lent government money. Big money.

Unfortunately, because most people are too lazy, too comfortable, too busy, too ignorant, too uneducated, too misinformed, or too brainwashed, a revolution is not very likely to happen, and even less likely to be successful.

The question then becomes “How can YOU escape this slavery and re-establish some privacy, at least for yourself and your family?”

The answer is that you need to establish a second identity for this. No, you don’t need any false passport. And you do not need any counterfeit documents. This can be done completely legally, in accordance with the very same rules as the government uses to control you!

The trick is that you must do it (or have it done), so that your personal liabilities are disconnected from this new identity. You cannot create that second ID in your capacity of government slave, i.e. by using any government owned ID for you. So, opening a bank account in a foreign country and submitting to that bank a copy of your driver’s license is putting you right back at square one! You have to act as a sovereign individual that does not depend on government, by completely abstaining from using government owned ID to do it.

Easy?

No. But absolutely possible – when you accept that it takes that you start educating yourself about the true nature about the government’s tricks and exactly where the limits of its powers go.

Community facing problem should develop thoughts and think same as like other community do that is the community who had created problem.

So if Women’s want to remove the problem of Dowry then Women’s community should take hard step and cruel too to remove this problem. Women’s should take hard step that is they should reverse the process of Dowry meaning that at present Men takes dowry from Women’s now if Women’s want to remove it then they themselves should start taking Dowry from other community that is from Men’s since dowry problem had been created by the Men’s community and for removing it Women’s have to reverse the Dowry process. There is no other way left to remove Dowry from the society. Dowry was taken from Women’s family since at that time they were illiterate and had no capacity to do any job so they have to rely on Men’s for getting food. They were not able to stand on their leg. They were not self-dependent. The fact was that at that time girl were not being taught or provided education. At that time family or father/mother of a boy thought that they are investing so much of money in providing education to their boy so how a girl after marrying their son can freely enjoy and live life freely by utilising the earning of their son without investing money. Same thought came to girl parents too that when they are going to give Dowry then why should they invest money in providing education to their daughter.

This concept kept on repeating and repeating and had been continuing till yet. But now the situation has changed now the girl parents too invest money in providing education to their girl. So now both the family of girl and boys invest money in providing education to their respective daughter and son, so that they can stand on their feet and earn money to live their life. So at present the concept of family is in making their daughter and son respectively self-dependent. So now no question of Dowry should arise since mostly every girl is educated and can earn money for her and for the family for her husband. Sometimes Dowry is not taken when the girl is highly educated and is earning good money, this is so because son’s family think that girl is going to earn too much money that she can be able to compensate the money or amount of Dowry.

That’s why education is given so much importance since there is only one way left to root out Dowry from its roots–:

That way is to reverse the process of taking Dowry and that can be done if the girl is educated otherwise it won’t be possible. We are in urban areas so we may think that no even a non-educated girl also can demand for Dowry. But if that individual do a survey in rural areas then he will come to know that how much difficult it is to ask for Dowry from a boy family when a girl is not educated and not earning any money.

A girl has to take this step since for solving any problem we have to just reverse the rules of the problem. Like if any un-enjoyed law is still pursuing then that is changed and passed with name having prefix of Anti. So women’s community has to do the same here also just reverse it, which is start taking dowry instead of giving it.

If Women’s Community Wants To Survive In This Society ?

Then she should have the quality and abide these points listed below from my point of view——:

Self –dependent.

No fear

Frank

Good Education

1.Self-dependent-:

Here it refers to the girl that should not rely on others for surviving in this society. She should make herself so strong that she can stand on her leg and can survive in this cruel society without any support of others.

2.No-Fear-:

This is the main problems with girls that they are afraid of doing any job or pursuing education. They feel shame sometimes in doing something. So for surviving girl has to remove fear from her heart. And as they remove it they are going to get respect from this society whether she is women or men.

3.Frank-:

They should be frank. This is going to help them in removing fear from them. If they will be frank and will mix up with boys then after knowing each other very well their fear from boys could be removed and so boys will too not tease girl since they are in direct contact with girl.

4.Good Education-:

Last but not the least is to provide a girl good

Education. That is her parents should invest money in making her literate girl. So that she can get good job, earn good money and can stand on her leg.

When the rights of a person are violated, this is when trial attorneys come in.

An attorney or lawyer is someone who is learned in the law, someone who is licensed to practice law. And those that are specialized in trying cases in court are the trial attorneys.

Los Angeles Trial Attorneys are always ready to help those that are victims of law violators or human rights violators. Some of the cases that they handle are the following:

• Personal Injury law

- Animal Attack
- Medical Malpractice Claim
- Construction Liability
- Premises Liability Claim
- Brain Injury Claim
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Vehicle Accidents
- Wrongful death Claim
- Products Liability Claim
- General Negligence
- Slip and Fall Injury

Any person who has been violated has the right to fight for what is just. One should not be afraid because nobody is above the law.

These lawyers are there to aid to our problems and shortcomings regarding legal concerns. They work hard to help victims obtain fair and just compensation for any damages one suffered from others’ negligent acts.

They try their very best in helping victims restore their peace of mind and their normal lives, regardless of the damage one received. They struggle to lessen the heavy burden on their clients and do their utmost to hinder the physical and mental pain of these people.

They are not just lawyers, they can be one’s allies because they are very much concerned of the victims condition, they are aware of the highly emotional situation one is undergoing. They are compassionate enough that they sympathize with the victims.

As stated from Article 1 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.”

By Allan Metzger, Research Fellow

A legal frame of the international law recognises that states or governments share responsibilities for the problems and fulfilment of basic economic and social rights. On the contrary, the needs for healthcare, education, housing, or a basic standard of living all of which are fundamental human rights are not fully met.

Taking into consideration the health facilities, the standard of care from health services is declining every day due to lots of factors: for example, lack of trained practitioners, no motivation for available practitioners, lack of instruments or modern machines in most of the hospitals, and even a good number of qualified staff are discouraged and so they have decided to leave the country and seek for jobs in other countries where salaries and conditions of service are lucrative and encouraging. It is also evident that most hospitals are very expensive and not many people can afford the charges which have caused the high increase of the so called untrained pharmacists and drugs sellers all around.

With the educational sector, a good number of school-going children in Freetown and in some parts of the country reported that the present educational system is very expensive and has caused a high percentage of dropouts. It was also confirmed by some of the parents that school charges are higher than when it was not free education. The 6334 educational system has caused a huge number of boys and girls idling all around the country because the educational sector failed to put proper mechanisms in place before embracing the 6334 system.

I talked to one Jeneba Sesay, with regards the economic activities in their community. She told me that to survive, they have to break and sell stones, engage in other domestic chores such as doing some laundry for people. A good number of young men are unemployed, some are found in the market square carrying goods for people. Because the rate of unemployment is so high, people find it difficult to care for their families and as such the economic situation in their homes is deplorable.

Because of the low standard of living, income falls to such a level that people have to reduce the number of meals per day. People sell their valuable household items in order to survive.

The right to housing is also violated in this part of the continent. To date, as I write this article, people are still internally displaced. One cannot imagine a normal person in a war-free country to residents in places like Bormeh, Kroo-Bay and in other slums around in Freetown. That tells me, there is a violation of the right to housing. In many other countries, there are mechanisms put in place like the low – cost housing project, in order to relocate people from the slums and also provide shelter for its citizens.

While the Pirate Bay case we wrote about is still in process let’s take a look at some ways of protecting digital rights. The two main examples here will be the actions of Sony Corporation, but at first some general things about Digital Rights Management. The various types of the digital rights management defense failed. Not because they were weak, but because it was very limiting for the owner of the protected files. You can move the files to another computer, but without a short online confirmation of license you can’t play it. You also can’t listen to the DRM protected music on your mp3 player. Compared to a license CD, this type of copyright protection makes the product basically unusable.

Sony BMG made a really desperate and aggressive attempt to protect its products and that triggered multiple lawsuits and a large scandal in 2005. In 2000 Sony switched to a new aggressive strategy of Digital Rights Protection, the actual effects of this strategy were discovered in only five years after. On October 31, 2005 Mark Russinovich, a famous software engineer posted a message on his blog. He discovered a spyware program that was installed when you launched a Sony BMG license CD, the software was used to monitor the activity of your PC. These spyware programs were installed without any warning or any warning label on the box. It was not only a violation of privacy and human rights; the software also made numerous holes in the security of a computer and led to system crashes. Russinovich is one of the biggest Windows gurus in the world, so he was able to find the spyware in the system processes and determine where it came from and how it was installed. For a normal PC user it would be impossible. Sony recalled the spyware products and presented cleaning software on its websites. Still there multiple lawsuits were filled in the U.S. but this wasn’t the worst consequence of this case. The worst thing was that thousands of customers lost their trust to the Corporation. When you buy a licensed product you don’t expect to become a target of digital rights protection software or have your PC monitored by the label. Such things actually show how far the corporations would go in a desperate attempt to protect their incomes.

A more recent example of copyright protection can be found on the largest Russian torrent server – torrents.ru. The copyright laws in Russia are very weak so major companies like Sony have found another solution. A representative of the company is registered on the forum and monitors the activity. As soon as someone starts sharing some new video game or movie the representative contacts the administrators of the site and they remove it. In this case Sony is mainly protecting things like games for various Sony Play Station consoles. Old files remain untouched, so in this case it is some kind of a democratic solution.

The program, put on by Poets for Human Rights, has grown much broader than the reading of human rights-related poetry. The annual event includes a special group reading of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, showing of the Story of Human Rights (an entertaining yet informative look at the history of human rights), and the presentation of the Clearwater Humanitarian Awards.

The Human Rights Experience touches nerves with joy and dismay, and so it was at the Poets for Human Rights Annual Awards at Clearwater Main Library on Saturday, December 12.

The purpose of the annual awards event is to enlighten, educate and validate those members of our community who through selfless effort make our world better.

The event was hosted by Poets for Human Rights co-founder Larry Jaffe. Special presentations were made by Poets for Human Rights Co-Founder Stazja McFadyen for the winners of the 2009 Anita McAndrews Award and Alexander Popoff Award poetry contests, and by event producer Shelley Jaffe who introduced the winners of the 2009 Clearwater Humanitarian Awards.

The event opened with a short welcome by Mr. Jaffe and moved on to a moving invocation by Maurice Mickens, Deacon of the Mount Carmel Baptist Church . Jaffe then read the proclamation from Clearwater Mayor Frank Hibbard designating December 5 – 12 to be Clearwater Human Rights Week.

Gracia Bennish, President of United for Human Rights, informed everyone about the organization and its purpose of bringing groups together for greater strength. Ms. Bennish then made the official announcement appointing Larry Jaffe as the Poet Laureate and voice of United for Human Rights. A showing of the award-winning documentary The Story of Human Rights produced by the group followed.

As humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard stated, “Human rights must be made a fact, not an idealistic dream”.

And to award those who worked to make human rights a reality through 2009, Shelley Jaffe presented the Clearwater Humanitarian Awards. This year’s winners are an incredible group that makes our city very proud. Awardees included Maurice Mickens for his tireless work with youth in the Greenwood community, Community Tampa Bay’s Executive Director Stacie Blake, Tampa Bay Academy of Hope Founder James M. Evans, Ida Lopez of World Relief and the Community Learning Center. Each of these individuals received standing ovations for their accomplishments. Tears of joy were seen on the entire audience.

Stazja McFadyen hosted the poetry segment of the program which featured special guest Venus Jones who led the audience with a responsive poem and a truly wonderful poem as a response to the movie Precious. The Anita McAndrews Award winning poem written by Seattle Poet Sarah Zale received a dramatic reading by Lisa Mansell. Renee Duke told a stirring story about her relationship with Anita McAndrews. Other guest poets included L.D. Sledge, 2008 Anita McAndrews Award winner, Dustin McGahee, President of Youth for Human Rights, Malcolm Johnson and Barbara Sorey.

The event ended with Jaffe reading a poem called I Never Saw Another Butterfly from a collection of the same name with works of art and poetry by Jewish children who lived in the concentration camp Theresienstadt. This book is named after a poem by one of the children, Pavel Friedmann.

Despite the at-best marginal intervention of the American courts so far, there is no civilian judicial review, no due process of any kind.
